ICE SESSIONS

For all U15/U16/U18 Players & Goalies

U14 Must inquire first!

Summer hockey sessions aim to elevate players' game by honing individual skills, conditioning, and fostering a competitive environment. Through drills targeting skating, puck handling, shooting, and defensive techniques, players refine their abilities. These sessions also offer personalized feedback to fine-tune performance, preparing players for success on the ice and advancement in their hockey journeys.

Sessions run from July 8th - August 15th

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays

On / Off Ice Training

We offer both on & off ice training. Both are essential for any level of hockey you plan on playing and one hand helps the other. Off ice training can help players with on ice hockey moves and vice versa.
